Camille Rivera
As a Partner at New Deal Strategies, Camille Rivera draws on deep ties to the labor movement and years of experience with issues and electoral campaigns in New York State and nationwide. She has advised high-level labor and elected candidates on our time’s most pressing national and statewide problems. Camille has secured victories for her clients nationwide, from Nevada and Arizona to at home in NYC. She has served as a Senior Advisor for U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren, the Working Families Party, SEIU, Voto Latino, Move On, and RWDSU. She has managed statewide and national advocacy coalition campaigns on climate, fair wages, and workers’ rights. Camille’s decades of experience include serving as a Deputy commissioner in the New York City Department of Homeless Services, the Director for United NY, and a coordinator for Fight for 15. She is also an adjunct professor at Columbia University. Camille is Puerto Rican and is originally from the Bronx, is a mother and currently resides in Brooklyn.
Teresa Gonzalez
Teresa Gonzalez’s professional journey is a testament to her expertise and commitment to social causes. At Bolton-St. Johns, she brings her expertise on stakeholder and community engagement, land use matters, and city lobbying to nonprofit and corporate clients. As a co-founder of DalyGonzalez, a M/WBE boutique lobbying firm, she has helped public and private institutions build and increase capacity, establish meaningful partnerships, and navigate complex government and community issues. She is also the co-founder and partner at Evolution Strategies, a Latina-owned and operated strategic advising, stakeholder engagement, and campaign services firm based in New York. Teresa sits on the boards of the New York Immigration Coalition, NYIC Action, The New Majority NYC, the New York Women’s Foundation, the ABNY Foundation, and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. She is a member of the Fund for Public Housing’s Advisory Council. She resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where she was born and raised.
Elizabeth Pacheco
Elizabeth Pacheco is a Bronx Native; she received her education in Puerto Rico and attended the University of Puerto Rico. Retired from the New York State Court System, Elizabeth has been involved in Puerto Rico civic & social causes. She began as an interpreter and later owned a small business. She is a grandmother of 3 children and is Puerto Rican. Her role on the board is to represent Seniors and land and legacy issues.
